Press House is West Cork’s new craft cider. It is a single variety cider, produced using only Irish Dabinett apples. Dabinett apples are considered one of the few apples capable of making a single variety cider. There are no added sugars and no added flavours. The result is a very smooth, well balanced and full flavoured cider with high tannins. Tasting is slightly sweet to start followed by a dry finish with a light frizzante sparkle. This cider has been meticulously crafted to bring a cider truly like no other.
